The Residenza dei Cappuccini Holiday Apartments  in Spello was born from the desire to create an accommodation facility capable of offering our guests an authentic life experience, door to door with the inhabitants of the ancient village.

The idea is to offer the guest the opportunity to experience the beauty of the historic center of Spello which still retains the charm of the ancient Colonia Julia, custodian of architectural beauties, traditions, spirituality, folklore, events, nature and gastronomic routes .

With respect for the place, nothing new has been created, but ancient homes have been recovered and finely renovated, with great attention to the conservation of the architectural characteristics and atmosphere of the past while providing them with all the comforts.
